  • What is A.P.T. Bootcamp?

Our Boot camp sessions are more efficient than regular gym sessions because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another without  large periods of rest. Our workouts involve calisthenics, pressups, burpees, star jumps, circuits, team games and and other body weight exercises. 

You'll always be working at your own personal best, your challenge is to take your body and mind to its limit. You work hard, play hard and train smart, burning calories like crazy and all the while having fun.
